Chicken Burrito Pizza

Possibly the true name of this is a Chimichanga, but who cares? Here is a recipe for an awesome pizza I invented!

Ingredients:
Refried Beans
Cheddar Cheese
Salsa
Pizza Crust/Dough
Yves' Veggie Ground Chicken

This is a very rough list of ingredients, because the size of the pizza depends on how much of everything you use. Also, if you want to use real chicken, I guess you can You savage.

So take your crust out of the package, or spread it out in the pan and put down a layer of the beans. Then, drizzle some salsa over the beans. This will prevent your crust getting all soggy from the salsa. Next, add the chicken and the cheese in whatever order you prefer. I like having my toppings locked in, some like them on top. You choose. Finally, grate that cheese on the top, and heat it up.

I used a Safeway crust, and cooked it at about 400F for about 8 minutes. That got it hot enough and melted the cheese. If you use real chicken, this will change the cooking time, and if you add more toppings, then it will change it in a similar fashion. The pizza tasted great, you should try it as well!
